Unfortunately that was to be the high point of the session…
Regular readers will know I practise intermittent fasting as a way of life, I have a 6 hour feeding window and then I fast for 18 hours, everyday, simply put I just don’t eat breakfast! So I really look forward to lunch (or my breakfast), even more so today…
Yum.
OK, time for a little relaxation before firing the third session of the day at 2pm.
