This page explains permissions, attribution and how to report a rights concern involving material on ZaxNews.

Updated 19 October 2026 · LiMiT SRL

1. Ownership and reuse

Original protected content belongs to LiMiT SRL or its relevant author or rights holder, unless a different licence is stated. Third-party images, quotations, datasets and other materials remain subject to their own rights and terms. Credit is not itself a licence.

You may link to our articles without misleading readers about an affiliation. Reuse allowed by law, including applicable quotation or other statutory exceptions, remains available. For other reproduction, translation, syndication or commercial reuse, ask [email protected] and specify the material, purpose, audience and proposed distribution.

2. Report suspected infringement

Email [email protected] with “Copyright report” in the subject line and include:

  • Your name and contact details, and whether you are the rights holder or an authorised representative.
  • A description of the protected work and evidence or a reference identifying it.
  • The exact ZaxNews URL and material you believe is infringing.
  • An explanation of the rights concerned and why the use is not authorised, taking account of licences and applicable exceptions.
  • The action you request and a statement that your information is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Do not submit a knowingly false report. Please provide only personal information necessary to assess the request. This is our general rights-reporting process; it is not a claim that a US DMCA agent has been registered.

3. How reports are handled

We assess the report and may request clarification or consult the contributor. Where appropriate, we can correct attribution, replace, restrict or remove material while investigating or after reaching a decision. We may need to share relevant parts of a claim with the contributor, limiting unnecessary personal data and subject to legal obligations.

If material you supplied is affected and you believe the decision is mistaken, send supporting evidence, including any licence or applicable exception. This process does not limit either party’s legal remedies.

4. Sending material to ZaxNews

Only send material you are entitled to share. Identify third-party components and any restrictions. Sending a story idea by email does not transfer ownership or grant unrestricted republication rights. Any substantial contributed article, image licence or commercial assignment should have agreed publication terms.
